The season marked the move of main character Jim Halpert(John Krasinski) from Scranton to Stamford, and also introduced Rashida Jones as Karen Filippelli, and Ed Helms as Andy Bernard—both members of Dunder Mifflin Stamford—as recurring characters. Helms would later be promoted to series regular. The main plot for the early episodes of the season deals with a recurring problem in seasons one and two—the problem of company downsizing—while in the latter half of the season, intra-office relationships (specifically those between Pam, Jim, and Karen; Dwight and Angela; and Michael and Jan Levinson) also become major plot points.
On July 18, 2020 - July 26, 2020, I watched The Office: Season 3 and it was fucking awesome and hilarious, and we learn Jim transferred to The Stanford Branch, and I was so fucking shock to see Rashida Jones aka Ann Perkins in Parks and Recreation and I was like “Holy Fuck” and Jim starts playing Call of Duty and turns out Dwight backstabbed Michael and Michael finds out about it and Michael is fucking pissed off and Jim is the chair theft and I love Michael meeting on Dwight was fucking hilarious and Carol breaks up with Michael and I love when Jim tries to drive his bike while drunk but fails, and it’s revealed they are closing The Scranton Branch, but it turns out The Stanford Branch is closing and The Scranton Branch is absorbing The Stanford Branch and we get introduced to new characters who don’t last so long and my favorite scene is when Dwight meets Andy and turns out Martin is a convict, and we meet Prison Mike and he was fucking hilarious. Dwight brings in a goose and Pam and Karen team up to make a more fun party than Angela and I love the beginning of “Back from Vacation” and Darryl gets a picture with Michael and Jan and everyone gets the picture and Darryl turns into a poster. I love Harvey he is hilarious and Andy is trying to turn Michael against Dwight, which he succeeded because Dwight quits and Oscar returns and Angela reveals the truth about why Dwight was in New York City to Michael and Dwight returns and Andy was sent anger management training and Dwight finds a bat and I love Jim’s vampire prank and the scene that made me cry was when Michael bought Pam’s painting and Michael told Pam “I’m really proud of you” and I broke into tears and Dwight is a creep cause Dwight appears in a kid’s room and is on the roof and Pam admits to Roy she kissed Jim and Roy Fucking flips out and attacks Jim but Dwight protects him by pepper-spraying Roy and turns out Michael makes less money than Darryl and Jim walks in on Dwight kissing Angela and Andy is back and gets pepper-sprayed, and I love when Jim impersonates Dwight and Dwight impersonating Jim and Phyllis Vance got flashed and turns out the flasher is Dwight (w/ mustache and without glasses) and Dwight finds out and is pissed. Michael is offered the job of corporate and Michael host a Beach Game to see who is the best person to take Michael Job, and he revealed to the office and Dwight gets the job of Regional Manager and Dwight starts crying, and it turns out they are replacing Jane and Jane finds out and Michael turns down the job of corporate and Michael returns and Ryan took the job of corporate.
