Commonly known as the "Dungeon," the city of Orario possesses a huge labyrinth in the underground. Its strange name attracts excitement, illusions of honor, and hopes of romance with a pretty girl. In this city of dreams and desires, new adventurer Bell Cranel has his fateful encounter with the tiny Goddess Hestia. Thus begins the story of a boy striving to become the best adventurer and a lonely goddess searching for followers both hoping to reach their goals and perhaps have some romance on the side.
On June 4, 2020, I watched Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon because showing up so many times in the recommend section on Netflix, so I decided to give it a shot and I absolutely loved it that I finished on the same day that’s how good it was and I watched a couple of episodes while my dad was sleeping and I had to hold my laugh in or I would chuckle a little bit and it’s utterly impossible to be drenched in blood although this is an anime so they can do whatever the fuck they want. And after a couple of minutes, something came to my mind and then it clicks in my mind these Gods aren’t just any Gods their Greek Gods from Greek Mythology and we got to meet the other Gods but there are two Gods I never heard of in Greek Mythology is Hestia and Hephaestus.
and once Hestia gives Bell the knife by Hephaestus Bell almost immortal and everyone praises him for it and goes on a date with Eina Tulle to find some armor and he finds armor on his way back then, he runs into Liliruca Arde but when they run into each other again, Liliruca acts like she doesn’t know him and Liliruca steals the knife but is caught by Ryuu Lion and Bell doesn't know Liliruca stole the knife yet. Hestia reminds me of Aqua and Bell goes out with Hestia but during her bath, she tells everyone she has a date and The Girl Gods that were in the bath interrupt their date and chase them around the place. Bell learns magic just from a simple book
and then uses his magic but he uses to much of it that he passes out and Ais Wellenstein finds his body passed out.
We get a backstory for Liliruca and why she hates Adventurs and Bell and Liliruca go to the 10th floor in the dungeon for the first time and Liliruca steals Bells knife right in front of him and Bell saves Liliruca right before the monsters have a chance to eat her and Bell forgives Liliruca and Hestia finally meets Liliruca and looks like Hestia hates Liliruca and Bell meets Ais Wellenstein face to face and Ais trains Bell to fight and Ais levels up to Level 6 and while in the mine, he faces up to a minotaur and he doesn't want Ais help and defeats the minotaur and Bell levels up to level 2 and everyone won't stop talking about him and Bell meets the maker of his favorite armor Welf Crozzo and he joins their party and Welf turns a minotaur horn into a knife.
Bell, Liliruca, Welf fight monsters in the dungeon and then we meet Hermes who is interested in Bell and then the is a cave-in and Welf got his foot twisted and a search and rescue team is formed and the team with Bell, Liliruca, Welf is really beaten up but Bell makes it to floor 18 and Ais finds them passed out and Welf, Lilirua wake up and Hestia finds Bell and Bell meets Hermes and a bunch of guys kidnaps Hestia and one of the members has the helmet of hades which makes the wearer invisible so Bell gets the shit beaten out of him. They defeat the 2-floor bosses. THE END
